1. Returns
Due to the nature of tea (a consumable product), returns are accepted only if:
- The product is damaged, defective, or wrong item received.
- A request is raised within 3 days of delivery with unboxing photos.
2. Refunds
After verification, a refund will be issued within 7–10 working days to your original payment method.
3. No Refunds For:
- Opened or partially used tea packs.
- Change of mind or taste preference.
